- How do I register?

Click on the Register button on the upper right corner of the top page, fill in the required information, and click on the "ENTER" button at the bottom of the page to complete your registration.
- Can I change my account information?

Yes. You can easily change your information by clicking the "Change your account information" button at the bottom of your “My Page.” When applying for a job, make sure that you have entered your background and experience to increase your chances of getting an interview.
- How do I apply for a job?

You can apply for a job by clicking the "Apply for this job" button at the bottom of the job listing.
- Will my account information be sent to the company I applied to?

Yes. It will be sent to the company you applied to. Your personal information will not be used in any way other than to provide your registered information to the companies you have applied to.
- What should I do after I apply for a job?

When you apply for a job, your information will be sent to the company you are applying to. The company will contact you directly via your registered email address or via the JAPANBOX "My Page" message function regarding interviews, job offers, etc. Please understand that if there are many applications, you may not be contacted by the company.
- Can I apply to more than one company at a time?

- Where can I change my password?

To change your password, go to your "My Page" and click on “Change your account information”.
- Can I apply for jobs in languages other than Japanese?

Though some companies may accept applications in languages other than Japanese, other companies may not.
- How do I search for companies that provide visa support?

Please go to Refine search criteria and click on the checkbox next to "Visa support” under “Company features”.
- Can I apply from overseas?

Yes. Please go to Refine search criteria click on the checkbox next to "Applications from abroad accepted" under “Company features”.
- Can I search for jobs that accept international students?

Yes. Please go to Refine search criteria and click on the checkbox next to "International students welcome" under “Company features”.
- Can I search for jobs where Japanese speaking ability is not required?

Yes, you can refine your search based on your Japanese ability. Please go to Refine search criteria and click on the checkbox matching your Japanese ability under “Required Japanese level”.
- I am not able to start working right now. Can I still apply?

It depends on the company. Please write that you cannot start working immediately in the "Other" box on the application form, or discuss it with the recruiter after you apply.
- What should I do if I find out that the actual conditions of the job are different from those specified in the listing?

We will contact the company to correct their listing information. If you think that a listing contains incorrect information, please contact JAPANBOX via Contact us.
